Restoring trust in government and institutions is among a number of lofty ideas advanced by The Iconoclasts, a group of former government technologists with a vision for improving government through investments in technology and research. Anil Karmel was deputy chief technology officer at the National Nuclear Security Administration; today he is the chief executive officer at C2 Labs a cloud technology firm in Reston, Va.
